Reese Layton
OwnerReese Layton leads Landmark Kitchen & Bath with a focus on disciplined planning, quality construction, and clear communication throughout the remodeling process. A native Texan, Reese grew up in Allen and earned a degree in Construction Management from Oklahoma State University.
Before leading Landmark Kitchen & Bath, Reese built his experience working with large commercial general contractors on complex projects including industrial facilities, schools, municipal buildings, and churches. That background carries into residential remodeling today, bringing a structured, well-coordinated approach to kitchens and bathrooms.
Clear communication is central to how projects are managed. Clients know what to expect, how decisions affect cost and schedule, and where things stand throughout the process. The goal is straightforward: deliver well-managed remodels that are thoughtfully designed, properly built, and aligned with expectations from the start.
Reese lives in Melissa, Texas with his wife, Devan, their son, Casen, and their dog Waylon.

Office ManagerSince joining Landmark Custom Remodeling in July 2023, Francis has been an integral part of the Landmark team, serving as the office manager. With a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail, Francis ensures that every client interaction is positive and efficient. Her commitment to excellence helps streamline our operations, allowing us to focus on delivering outstanding service. Outside of work, Francis enjoys running and spending time with her family.
